As a Client Care Specialist at **Petworks**, you will be joining a team of dedicated professionals who are committed to providing the highest quality care to our patients.

**About the Role**
- Experience:_
- Front desk: 2 years (required)
- Customer service: 2 years (required)
- Veterinary Assistant: 1 year (preferred)
- Knowledge of veterinary industry is a plus
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with veterinaty Practice Management software is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Responsibilities:_
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
- Manage and build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and resolve problems
- Utilize client relationship management (CRM) software to track and manage client interactions
- A deep understanding of the bond between owners and their pets
- Experience with working with the public and handling client concerns
- Experience in the veterinary industry is strongly preferred.
