Position Overview

ASP MANAGEMENT SERVICES LTD. is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to support our operational functions. This role is essential in ensuring smooth office workflows and enhancing overall productivity.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement office procedures and routines.
  • Manage scheduling and confirmation of appointments.
  • Handle incoming calls and relay messages effectively.
  • Supervise the analysis of employee-related data.
  • Respond to electronic inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Compile and maintain data, statistics, and relevant information.
  • Oversee the preparation and distribution of reports.
  • Manage office supply orders and maintain inventory levels.
  • Welcome visitors and direct them to appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Set up and maintain both manual and computerized filing systems.
  • Type and proofread various documents, including correspondence and forms.
  • Conduct data entry tasks as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders.
Technical Proficiencies
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office applications.
Experience

Applicants should have between 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience. This is a permanent position requiring a commitment of 30 to 40 hours per week, with English as the primary working language.
