Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Kelowna Cabs (1981) Ltd. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to our management team, including preparing meeting minutes, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining records.
- Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Communication
- Act as a liaison between our company and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and government agencies.
- Respond to employee inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Project Coordination
- Coordinate projects and programs, including setting deadlines, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion.
- Develop and maintain digital databases to track project information and metrics.
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
- Work with our marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to our clients.
- Human Resources
- Recruit and hire new employees, including developing job postings, conducting interviews, and onboarding new staff.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Financial Management
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including reconciling accounts and preparing financial reports.
- Develop and implement financial procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience
- 1 to less than 7 months
