Key Responsibilities- Coordinate Team Communication: Ensure seamless communication within the team by coordinating the flow of information and maintaining accurate records.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team members, including opening and distributing mail, preparing meeting minutes, and maintaining inventory.
- Customer Service: Greet clients and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas, providing exceptional customer service.
- Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
- Document Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, and type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
- Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Work Setting: Willing to relocate.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
