About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Girlfriends Brow Bar. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Team Communication: Ensure seamless communication within the team by coordinating the flow of information and maintaining accurate records.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team members, including opening and distributing mail, preparing meeting minutes, and maintaining inventory.
  • Customer Service: Greet clients and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
  • Document Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, and type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
  • Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Work Setting: Willing to relocate.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
