About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Girlfriends Brow Bar. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including coordinating the flow of information, managing mail and other materials, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organizational Skills: Utilize strong organizational skills to maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels and order office supplies as needed.
  • Reporting: Prepare and distribute reports, minutes, and other documents as required.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
