About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at 436533 B.C. Ltd. as an Administrative Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to ensure their smooth execution.
  • HR Support: Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Operations Evaluation: Regularly evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and support other team members to ensure they have the resources and guidance needed to succeed.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and other events.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Financial Management: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks to ensure accurate financial records and reporting.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
