- Supervise and motivate a team of administrative staff to ensure they are meeting their responsibilities and achieving their goals.
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, managing databases, and maintaining records.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
This is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week. The language of work is English.
