Scotiabank is a leading provider of financial services, and we're seeking ambitious individuals to join our Wealth Management Associate Program. This 5-month salaried program is designed to develop sales and entrepreneurial-minded individuals into a Wealth Advisory role.
What You'll Gain- A comprehensive training program that will lead you to the Certified Financial Planning (CFP) Designation and provide you with a thorough understanding of Scotiabank's Wealth Advisory businesses and Total Wealth Planning approach.
- Opportunities within the Wealth Advisory businesses to gain exposure as to how these areas apply to an overall wealth strategy for a client's life.
- Placement in a Scotiabank Wealth Management office to work with wealth teams to gain relevant and practical experience, complementary training, and support to help prepare you to attain licensing requirements associated with transitioning into a Wealth Management Advisory role.
- Ongoing support during the Program through various touch points with the Program Lead, Total Wealth Planning leaders, and your local Manager.
- A compensation program with competitive salary, opportunities for annual performance incentives based on performance thresholds, a flexible benefits program, and continuing education programs.
- You're completing an undergrad or master's degree by June 2025, or you are an experienced worker and have developed a passion for client relationships and financial advice.

- You have a sales and relationship-focused mindset.
- You have exceptional relationship management skills; the ability to build and maintain strong collaborative client and internal/external partner relationships.

- You can demonstrate flexibility in adapting to constantly changing environments.
