At Scotiabank, we're passionate about developing sales and entrepreneurial-minded individuals into a Wealth Advisory role. Our 5-month salaried program is focused on building a foundation for success centered on developing core financial planning skills and complementary client discovery skills attained through the wealth planning process.

Is this program right for you?

In this role, you will:

  • Develop sales and entrepreneurial skills to succeed in a Wealth Advisory role.
  • Gain exposure to Scotiabank's Wealth Advisory businesses and Total Wealth Planning approach.
  • Work with wealth teams to gain relevant and practical experience, complementary training, and support to help prepare you to attain licensing requirements associated with transitioning into a Wealth Management Advisory role.
  • Receive ongoing support during the Program through various touch points with the Program Lead, Total Wealth Planning leaders, and your local Manager.
  • Participate in a comprehensive training program that will lead you to the Certified Financial Planning (CFP) Designation/Institut québécois de planification financière (IQPF).
