Job Title: Chef de Partie

Four Brothers Cucina is seeking a skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and specialty foods for our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Estimate and manage food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory
  • Analyze operating costs and other data to optimize kitchen performance
  • Supervise and train cooks and other kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation
  • Plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards
  • Prepare and cook meals or specialty foods for guests with food allergies or intolerances
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies, and arrange for equipment purchases and repairs
Requirements:
  • 1-7 months of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent position, 30 hours per week
  • Fluency in English
