About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Digital Customer Service Representative to join our team at CT Financial Services. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our e-commerce customers through various channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support customers with their inquiries and issues related to our e-commerce platform, including product quality, returns, and order reviews.
  • Communicate effectively with customers via phone and email to resolve their concerns and provide solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with our internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with our products and services to provide accurate and timely support to customers.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum one year of customer service experience in a retail or fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Fluency in English and French is required.
