Job Title: Lead Supervisor I

The Lead Supervisor role is a critical component of our store's success, driving sales and operational processes to achieve exceptional results. This individual embodies the behaviors needed to impact all aspects of our business, modeling the highest standards of performance and representing our brand with excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales growth and customer satisfaction through effective sales strategies and team leadership.
  • Manage daily operational tasks, ensuring seamless execution and adaptability to changing business needs.
  • Develop and motivate the sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Collaborate with Store Manager(s) and Assistant Store Manager(s) to align business strategies and drive results.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service, building strong relationships and delivering personalized experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date on fashion trends, product knowledge, and competitor analysis to inform sales and operational decisions.
  • Utilize technology and tools to drive sales, clienteling, and operational efficiency.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic, adaptability, and a customer-centric approach.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and maneuver the sales floor, sales shelves, and stock room.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
