The Lead Supervisor I is a key member of the store team, responsible for driving sales and operational excellence in a fast-paced retail environment. This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and develop a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals.
Key Responsibilities- Sales and Service:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals
- Provide coaching and feedback to sales associates to improve sales skills and customer service
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Operations:
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
- Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed, including those related to customer service, sales, and inventory management
- Manage and maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer data
- Collaborate with the store manager and district manager to achieve business objectives and goals
- Leadership and Development:
- Develop and implement training programs to improve sales skills and customer service
- Coach and mentor sales associates to improve performance and achieve sales goals
- Provide feedback and recognition to sales associates to motivate and reward high performance
- Identify and develop future leaders within the store team
- Experience: 1-3 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of cash register systems, basic computer skills, and ability to use iPad/laptop and Mobile POS
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and maneuver the sales floor and stock room
