Job Summary

The Lead Supervisor I is a key member of the store team, responsible for driving sales and operational excellence in a fast-paced retail environment. This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and develop a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Service:
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
    • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals
    • Provide coaching and feedback to sales associates to improve sales skills and customer service
    • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Operations:
    • Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
    • Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed, including those related to customer service, sales, and inventory management
    • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer data
    • Collaborate with the store manager and district manager to achieve business objectives and goals
  • Leadership and Development:
    • Develop and implement training programs to improve sales skills and customer service
    • Coach and mentor sales associates to improve performance and achieve sales goals
    • Provide feedback and recognition to sales associates to motivate and reward high performance
    • Identify and develop future leaders within the store team
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-3 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of cash register systems, basic computer skills, and ability to use iPad/laptop and Mobile POS
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and maneuver the sales floor and stock room
Working Conditions

The Lead Supervisor I will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on driving sales and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and will be able to lift up to 25 pounds and maneuver the sales floor and stock room.
