Office Administration Specialist Position

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft and review various documents, including correspondence and forms
  • Handle and redirect telephone or electronic inquiries
  • Compile reports from both manual and electronic records, inventories, and databases
  • Sort, process, and authenticate applications, receipts, and additional documents
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail through manual or electronic means
  • Facilitate the sending and receiving of messages
  • Offer general information to clients and the public
  • Photocopy and organize documents for distribution, mailing, and filing
  • Order and maintain office supplies and inventory
  • Conduct data entry tasks
  • Deliver customer service
  • Organize materials in the storage area
  • Label, file, and retrieve documents as needed
  • Record financial transactions
  • Execute various administrative tasks
  • Maintain precise records
  • Perform clerical duties such as faxing, filing, and photocopying
  • Receive and log documents for data entry
