Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive experience for all visitors and guests.
  • Oversee the daily operation of food and beverage outlets, including menu management, inventory control, and staff supervision.
  • Ensure all products delivered to customers are of exceptional quality and meet our high standards.
  • Assist with staff training and development, providing ongoing feedback and coaching to ensure team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Delegate and assign tasks as necessary to ensure efficient operation of food and beverage outlets.
  • Assist in daily financial reporting and communication, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of sales and expenses.
  • Review daily schedule and role assignments, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal operation.
  • Champion all health and safety protocols, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for all team members.

Requirements:

  • Serving It Right certification is required.
  • Food Safe certified is preferred.
  • Clear background check is required.
  • Food services experience in a high volume fast-paced environment is an asset.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred.
  • Previous supervisory experience is an asset.
  • Possess strong leadership and people supervision skills.
  • Must be a motivated self-starter.
  • Take initiative and see tasks through to completion.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Possess strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Be an organized leader and lead by example.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to safely lift, move, and carry a variety of objects up to 30 lbs.
  • Must be available during the week, including weekends and holidays.

Hourly Wage: $20 per hour
