Job Description

EightSix Network is seeking a Director of Food and Beverage to lead the F&B team at a reputable ski resort just outside of Vancouver. As the Director of Food and Beverage, you will be responsible for providing direction, fostering a positive work environment and continuous training. The successful candidate will lead a team of approximately members in delivering high-quality food and beverage service while managing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example in managing the F&B team, offering guidance, training and support to uphold exceptional service standards.
  • Work closely with the culinary team to develop menus that align with industry trends and guest preferences.
  • Collaborate to create a thorough summer business plan, focusing on initiatives that prioritize hospitality.
  • Track maintenance and capital needs, ensuring a safe and aesthetically pleasing environment for guests.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in Food and Beverage management.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent organizational and strategic planning capabilities.
