About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at The Parker Rooftop. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest service, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily restaurant operations, including cleanliness, organization, and staffing levels
  • Provide exceptional guest service, setting the standard for all employees
  • Respond to customer complaints promptly and implement changes to optimize guest satisfaction
  • Maintain high levels of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety standards
  • Motivate and lead a team of frontline staff to deliver exceptional experiences for our guests

Requirements

  • 2+ years of restaurant management experience
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business, Hospitality, or Food and Beverage Management
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to build relationships and manage staff at all levels
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a high level of personal integrity and professionalism
