Job Summary

VIP Pre-Cast Concrete Ltd is seeking a skilled Concrete Finishing Supervisor to oversee the production and installation of high-quality precast concrete products. The successful candidate will have a strong background in concrete finishing and a proven track record of leading teams to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of concrete finishing teams to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality and safety standards.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of production, quality control, and safety metrics.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in concrete finishing or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Physical stamina to perform site inspections and other duties as required.
