Job Title: Concrete and Cement Finisher Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete and Cement Finisher Supervisor to join our team at VIP Pre-Cast Concrete Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our concrete and cement finishing crew, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the concrete and cement finishing crew, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Plan and schedule work to meet project deadlines, taking into account factors such as weather, material availability, and crew availability.
  • Monitor and control costs, ensuring that all expenses are within budget and that any variances are reported and addressed promptly.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the work environment is safe and free from hazards.
  • Train and develop the skills of the concrete and cement finishing crew, ensuring that they have the knowledge and expertise needed to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure that customer needs are met and that projects are delivered on time and to the required quality standards.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the concrete and cement finishing industry.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of people.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
Working Conditions:
  • 40 hours per week.
  • Anglais.
