Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cement and Concrete Finishing Supervisor to oversee our concrete finishing projects at VIP Pre-Cast Concrete Ltd. This role is crucial in ensuring the successful execution of our operations while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Report Preparation: Compile and prepare production and operational reports.
  • Supervision: Manage and supervise a team of workers and their assigned projects.
  • Activity Coordination: Organize and schedule project activities efficiently.
  • Staffing: Recruit, hire, and manage staffing requirements.
  • Training: Provide training or arrange for the necessary training of staff.
  • Equipment Setup: Set up and maintain machines and equipment for concrete finishing.
  • Cost Estimation: Estimate costs and materials required for projects.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Personnel Recommendations: Recommend actions regarding personnel management.
  • Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Material Procurement: Order and requisition materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Leadership: Lead and instruct team members effectively.
Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role.
