Job Title: Concrete and Cement Finishers Foreman/Woman

VIP Pre-Cast Concrete Ltd is seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete and Cement Finishers Foreman/Woman to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the work of concrete and cement finishers, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
  • Project Management: Plan and coordinate the preparation of production reports, schedules, and other project-related documents.
  • Training and Development: Train and mentor junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular site inspections and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Materials Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as required for projects.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in concrete and cement finishing operations.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.

  • Organized: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time, and meet deadlines.
  • Reliability: Dependability and accountability in completing tasks and projects.
  • Team Player: Collaborative attitude and ability to work effectively with others.
