Job Summary

VIP Pre-Cast Concrete Ltd is seeking a skilled Concrete and Cement Finishers Foreman/Woman to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the completion of concrete and cement finishing projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of concrete and cement finishers to ensure projects are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
  • Prepare and submit reports on project progress, including production and quality metrics.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of concrete and cement finishers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Coordinate the requisition and ordering of materials, equipment, and supplies necessary for project completion.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Recommend personnel actions, including promotions, transfers, and disciplinary measures.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to understand project requirements.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in concrete and cement finishing operations.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The work language is English.
