Job Title: Concrete and Cement Finishers Foreman/Woman

VIP Pre-Cast Concrete Ltd is seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete and Cement Finishers Foreman/Woman to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the work of concrete and cement finishers, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
  • Planning and Organization: Plan and organize work schedules, allocate tasks, and monitor progress to meet project deadlines.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop the skills of concrete and cement finishers, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and expertise to perform their duties effectively.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that concrete and cement finishing work meets the required standards.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that workers are aware of and comply with safety procedures.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in concrete and cement finishing.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.

  • Organized: Ability to plan and organize work effectively.
  • Reliability: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve common goals.
