Role SummaryWe are seeking a HRdirect Benefits Consultant to enhance our expanding HRdirect Service Center team. This newly established position will serve as the primary contact for addressing inquiries from our employees and managers regarding all aspects of Intact's Group Benefits. For more intricate questions, you will work in tandem with internal and external service providers to resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction. You will have access to guidelines, a knowledge base, policies, and procedures to assist you in addressing benefits-related inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate, resolve, and manage various inquiries related to benefits from employees and managers, utilizing best practices and our knowledge base.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to address complex issues and guarantee client satisfaction.
- Document all interactions and the steps taken to reach resolutions.
- Contribute to maintaining the accuracy of the benefits section of our knowledge base.
- Work with various teams to identify suitable solutions for benefits-related inquiries.
- Ensure consistent and precise responses while recommending enhancements.
- Participate in various team projects on an as-needed basis.
- Educational background in human resources, administration, or related experience.
- Strong client service and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, and independence.
- Ability to adapt swiftly in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with Workday is a plus.
- Experience in benefits management is advantageous.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Known for teamwork and collaboration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
