About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Consultant II to join our growing HRdirect team. This newly created role will be responsible for creating, organizing, managing, and maintaining our Knowledge base and Help Articles in Workday related to HRdirect processes, procedures, and policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the HRdirect Senior Consultant to ensure that operating procedures and processes are adequately documented and kept up to date.
  • Participate and act as the main point of contact in maintaining the quality and usability of the Knowledge Base.
  • Approve Knowledge base articles submitted for modifications from the HRdirect Technical Consultants.
  • Collaborate with HR expertise teams on all aspects related to knowledge base and help articles.
  • Provide training and support to our team and other HR expertise team on Help Articles and Knowledge base standards and procedures.
Requirements
  • University degree in human resources, administration, or any combination of training and experience deemed relevant for the role.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Experience as a technical consultant or in an HR Service Center– an asset.
  • Attention to details.
  • Demonstrates initiative, good judgment, and autonomy.
  • Capacity to adapt rapidly in an ever-changing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, programs, and payroll.
  • Solid analytical skills and technical comprehension.
  • Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
