At Intact Financial Corporation, we're looking for a skilled Technical Consultant II to join our growing HRdirect team. This role is responsible for creating, organizing, managing, and maintaining our Knowledge base and Help Articles in Workday related to HRdirect processes, procedures, and policies.

About the Role

We're seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized individual to ensure that our documents, such as our Knowledge base and Help Articles, are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with our internal standards. As the main point of contact for maintaining the quality and usability of the Knowledge Base, you'll work closely with the HRdirect Senior Consultant to ensure that operating procedures and processes are adequately documented and kept up to date.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the HRdirect Senior Consultant to ensure that operating procedures and processes are adequately documented and kept up to date.
  • Participate and act as the main point of contact in maintaining the quality and usability of the Knowledge Base.
  • Approve Knowledge base articles submitted for modifications from the HRdirect Technical Consultants.
  • Participate in the transformation of Knowledge base articles to Help Articles.
  • Collaborate with HR expertise teams on all aspects related to knowledge base and help articles.
  • Provide training and support to our team and other HR expertise team on Help Articles and Knowledge base standards and procedures.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and efficiency gains.

Requirements

  • University degree in human resources, administration, or any combination of training and experience deemed relevant for the role.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Experience as a technical consultant or in an HR Service Center – an asset.
  • Attention to details.
  • Demonstrates initiative, good judgment, and autonomy.
  • Capacity to adapt rapidly in an ever-changing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, programs, and payroll.
  • Solid analytical skills and technical comprehension.
  • Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
