About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Consultant II to join our HRdirect team. This role will focus on creating, organizing, and maintaining our Knowledge Base and Help Articles in Workday related to HRdirect processes, procedures, and policies.

The successful candidate will ensure that our documents are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with our internal standards. They will work closely with the HRdirect Senior Consultant to document operating procedures and processes, and participate in maintaining the quality and usability of the Knowledge Base.

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and technical comprehension to make a meaningful contribution to our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain Knowledge Base articles and Help Articles in Workday.
  2. Collaborate with HR expertise teams on all aspects related to knowledge base and help articles.
  3. Provide training and support to our team and other HR expertise teams on Help Articles and Knowledge base standards and procedures.
  4. Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and efficiency gains.
Requirements:
  1. University degree in human resources, administration, or a related field.
  2. 3-5 years of experience in a similar position.
  3. Strong knowledge of HR policies, programs, and payroll.
  4. Solid analytical skills and technical comprehension.
  5. Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
