About the Role

MCM-D'Lusso Construction is seeking a highly skilled Construction Site Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities on our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train a team of construction professionals to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed on site, and that all employees are aware of and comply with these regulations.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on project progress, including any issues or concerns that may arise.
  • Material Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to ensure that projects are completed on time.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a construction supervisory role.
  • Skills: Excellent oral communication skills, organized, reliable, and a team player.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position working 37.5 hours per week. The work language is English.
