About the Role

MCM-D'Lusso Construction is seeking a highly skilled Construction Site Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our construction sites. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train a team of construction workers to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete projects safely and efficiently.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that work is being carried out to the highest quality standards.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the site is a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on project progress, including any issues or concerns.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a construction supervisory role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work on construction sites, which can be physically demanding and require long hours. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are also required.
