Job Summary

MCM-D'Lusso Construction is seeking a skilled Construction Supervisor to oversee our projects and teams. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Oversight: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our construction teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Team Management: Lead and train our construction teams to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete projects successfully.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed on our construction sites.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with our clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during construction projects.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a construction supervisory role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, and a strong understanding of construction practices and regulations.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a 37.5 hour work week. The successful candidate will be required to work on construction sites and may be required to travel to various locations.
