Job Title: Help Desk Analyst

Contract Duration: 6+ Months

Pay range: C$30 - 40/hr

Location: Edmonton, AB

Work Type: Onsite, Monday - Friday 8:15 am - 4:30 pm

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Help Desk Analyst to join our team and support the Court Technology Services (CTS) environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Support: Provide expert technical support to end users, troubleshooting and resolving various IT issues.
  • Help Desk Management: Manage and prioritize incoming support requests, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for troubleshooting procedures and best practices.
  • Training: Assist in developing and delivering training materials to end users.
  • Project Support: Contribute to IT projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or equivalent
  • 4+ years of experience as an Application Help Desk Analyst
  • Strong technical skills and ability to troubleshoot complex IT issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with help desk software (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Eligibility for Enhanced Security Clearance is required
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with user identity verification and management
  • Experience with web-based systems and internet browsers
  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint
