Job Title: Customer Service Representative

BMO Financial Group is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of BMO Financial Group's products and services
  • Meet or exceed customer service metrics and performance targets
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
