Job Title: Inside Sales Representative

Located in the Scarborough area near Markham Rd. and Hwy 401, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Zedd Customer Solutions.

Job Summary:

The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for making and/or receiving telephone calls on behalf of our clients, performing according to established quality assurance standards and within guidelines set forth by the company and the client. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to effectively translate complex information into common terms, and a positive attitude that reflects favourably upon the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Places and/or receives calls to/from existing customers to promote products and services.
  2. Contact new and existing customers to promote products and services and complete needs-based assessments to recommend appropriate products and services.
  3. Consistently meets established program requirements and provides exceptional sales and customer service, maintaining an established acceptance rating on quality monitoring tests.
  4. Accurately inputs, retrieves, and accesses information regarding a customer from a computer system and resolves customer concerns immediately and effectively.
  5. Quickly and correctly answers product questions, has full knowledge of features and benefits of products and services, and seeks to stay informed of program changes.
  6. Clearly understands the practices and procedures of the department and job responsibilities and offers feedback to program supervisors based on errors or improving results.
  7. Operates a computer system effectively and attends and actively participates in all required training programs, showing eagerness and capacity to learn new products and programs.
  8. Participates in computer awareness and training as provided by the company and reports suspected security incidents to their immediate supervisor or the compliance/Security Manager.
  9. Assumes other duties as assigned by Team Leader.
