About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at A&W. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Co-ordinate Staff: Lead and motivate a team of staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Manage Restaurant Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, scheduling, and customer service.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and development opportunities to staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Ensure Quality and Safety Standards: Ensure that all food and beverages meet the highest standards of quality and safety, and that all health and safety regulations are adhered to.
  • Manage Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage Inventory and Supplies: Oversee the management of inventory and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
  • Manage Scheduling and Timekeeping: Manage the scheduling and timekeeping of staff, ensuring that we have adequate coverage at all times.
Requirements
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role in the food service industry.
  • Education: No degree, certificate or diploma required.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and ability to lead and motivate a team.
