Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pizza Pizza - Waterfront. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our food and service meet the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
- Supervise and train staff in food preparation, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, customer feedback, and staff performance
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and promotions
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-35 hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. The position requires standing for extended periods and working under pressure.
