Branch Operations Leader

Accountable Leadership: As the Branch Operations Leader, you will be responsible for fostering a culture of advisory excellence, emphasizing relationship-based banking.
Strategic Implementation: You will translate the credit union's annual objectives into actionable strategies and performance benchmarks for both the branch and its personnel.
Team Development: Lead and cultivate a team of dedicated and responsible employees who excel in delivering advice and service through effective coaching and clear communication.
Problem Resolution: Address complex issues and member grievances to ensure that the needs of members, staff, and the credit union are effectively met.
Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to internal controls, timely and accurate reporting, and compliance with internal audit processes while balancing effective risk management with high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications: This role requires a post-secondary qualification in a relevant field, coupled with 6 to 10 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Continuing education and/or CFP/PFP designation would be advantageous.

Work Schedule: The successful candidate will be expected to work from Tuesday to Saturday each week to support branch operations.
