- Operational Excellence: Oversee the management of the branch, ensuring optimal colleague scheduling, branch premises, and administrative duties are in place to meet customer demands.
- Business Development: Develop and implement business strategies to achieve business objectives, drive revenue growth, and increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Risk Management: Identify and manage risks, ensure compliance with bank operating policies and procedures, and maintain a culture of risk management and control.
- Team Management: Manage a medium to large-sized branch/team, overseeing the overall discipline and strategy, and aligning to enterprise best practices.
- Communication: Communicate national, regional, and district strategies to the team, ensuring alignment of branch strategies to the overall bank.
Requirements:
- Education: Undergraduate degree
- Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience
- Certifications: Branch Compliance Officer (BCO) course, IFIC or CSC
