About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Branch Manager at TD Bank. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and managing the day-to-day operations of our branch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service
    • Manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure exceptional customer service and experience.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives to achieve business objectives and goals.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  • Branch Operations
    • Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve branch efficiency and productivity.
  • Business Development
    • Develop and implement business development strategies to grow revenue and market share.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Risk Management
    • Manage and mitigate risks associated with branch operations, including compliance and regulatory risks.
    • Develop and implement risk management strategies to protect the bank's assets and reputation.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Undergraduate degree in a related field, such as business or finance.
  • Experience
    • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a banking or financial services industry.
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
