Wolters Kluwer Canada Limited is seeking a seasoned and driven Associate Director of Sales to spearhead our Enterprise Corporate Performance Management (CPM) business across North America. This role demands a deep understanding of the CPM/EPM market landscape and the ability to effectively engage with large, complex organizations.

As the Associate Director of Sales, you will be entrusted with driving revenue growth, exceeding financial targets, and delivering tailored solutions to both existing and prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership and guidance to a team of sales professionals, ensuring they consistently achieve their annual sales quotas.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for our product lines, guaranteeing successful execution across the North American market.
  • Engage directly with clients through on-site visits, leveraging your industry expertise to drive strategic sales initiatives and build lasting relationships.
  • Cultivate a culture of excellence within the sales team by providing ongoing coaching and mentorship, fostering skill development and professional growth.
  • Craft and execute market share strategies, actively expanding our reach into new accounts and territories.
  • Accurately forecast sales, account performance, and profitability for software products and services, ensuring data-driven decision making.
  • Effectively manage budgets and resources, driving operational efficiency and maximizing return on investment.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with internal departments, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to create winning go-to-market strategies.
Key Qualifications:

Education:

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance (or equivalent experience) is required.

Experience:

  • Minimum 7 years of proven success in enterprise software sales management, consistently exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.
  • A demonstrated track record of leading and motivating high-performing sales teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
  • Exceptional leadership skills coupled with a metrics-driven mindset, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, effectively conveying complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Experience in consultative selling and thriving in a matrixed organizational structure, collaborating across departments to achieve shared goals.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within North America (50%+).

Preferred Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience specifically within the CPM or EPM market, selling to key decision-makers in IT and finance departments.
  • Proven success managing sales organizations within ERP or enterprise environments, demonstrating a deep understanding of complex software solutions.
