About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Customer Labs. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for driving growth and ensuring the success of our enterprise clients. Your primary focus will be on managing a portfolio of 8-12 strategic accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute customized account plans to drive growth and retention of enterprise clients.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless delivery of customer solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client relationships.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to ensure Customer Labs remains competitive in the market.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a business development or account management capacity.
  • Proven track record of driving growth and retention in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction.
