About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at BC LTD DBA Holiday Inn Express & Suites. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for leading our front desk team and ensuring exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and motivate our front desk team to deliver outstanding guest service and achieve hotel goals.
  • Guest Service: Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operations: Assist in the management of hotel operations, including front desk procedures, guest services, and room assignments.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports on guest feedback, team performance, and hotel operations.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and coaching to front desk team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional guest service.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a hotel front desk or guest services role
  • Work Setting: Hotel, motel, resort
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, tight deadlines
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, team player
