Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at BC LTD DBA Holiday Inn Express & Suites. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Establish work schedules and procedures, perform same duties as workers supervised, and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Guest Services: Assist clients/guests with special needs, co-ordinate, assign and review work, and requisition materials and supplies.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced hotel environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 35 hours per week.
