About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at BC LTD DBA Holiday Inn Express & Suites. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a seamless experience for our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Maintain High-Quality Guest Services
    • Develop and implement effective work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient guest check-in and check-out processes.
    • Perform same duties as workers supervised, providing guidance and support as needed.
    • Prepare and submit accurate reports on guest feedback, complaints, and suggestions.
  • Lead and Motivate the Front Desk Team
    • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure seamless guest services and efficient operations.
    • Requisition materials and supplies to maintain a well-stocked front desk area.
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service
    • Assist clients/guests with special needs, ensuring their requirements are met and exceeded.
    • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Work in a Fast-Paced Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting
    • Hotel, motel, resort environment.
