As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Services: Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and process group arrivals and departures.
  • Front Desk Operations: Take, cancel, and change room reservations, provide information on hotel facilities and services, and process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments.
  • Clerical Duties: Balance cash, complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms, and maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
  • Customer Service: Provide general information about points of interest in the area, answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, and assist clients/guests with special needs.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
