Administrative Registration Specialist

The Administrative Registration Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of various documentation within the organization. This position is essential for maintaining the integrity of records and supporting the operational efficiency of the College of Physicians & Surgeons of Manitoba.

- Work Hours: 70 hours bi-weekly
- Completion of College/CEGEP
- Field of Study: Legal studies, general or Public administration
- Equivalent experience may be considered
- Minimum of 2 years to less than 3 years in a similar role
This position is based in a general office setting, requiring the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities- Verify facts, dates, and statistics in various publications using standard reference sources.
- Perform routine clerical tasks efficiently.
- Compile, verify, record, and process applications, licenses, permits, contracts, registrations, requisitions, and other documentation.
- Oversee corporate governance and ensure adherence to regulatory compliance procedures.
- Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and SharePoint.
- Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
- Detail-oriented and accurate in work.
- Strong client focus with excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Organized with the capability to multitask effectively.
