About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Operations Supervisor to join our team at Highlight Motor Freight Inc. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning staff and ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Cleaning Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Coordinate Cleaning Schedules: Plan and coordinate cleaning schedules to ensure that all areas of the facility are cleaned regularly and efficiently.
  • Inspect Facilities: Conduct regular inspections of our facilities to identify areas for improvement and ensure that our cleaning standards are being met.
  • Manage Budgets: Prepare and manage budgets for cleaning supplies and services to ensure that we are getting the best value for our money.
  • Recommend Improvements: Identify areas for improvement and recommend changes to our cleaning processes and procedures to ensure that we are providing the best possible service to our customers.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a high level of physical activity.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
