Position Overview

The Vaughan INN is seeking a dedicated Cleaning Operations Supervisor to oversee our housekeeping team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and safety throughout our facilities.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and develop cleaning personnel to enhance team performance.
  • Oversee and coordinate the daily activities of cleaning staff to ensure efficient operations.
  • Conduct inspections of facilities to verify compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Identify and recommend additional services such as maintenance, repairs, or renovations as needed.
  • Support cleaning staff in executing their duties effectively.
Safety and Security
  • Must be bondable.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks.
