About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Operations Supervisor to join our team at Petra Hygienic Systems International Limited. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in our industrial plant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the work of our cleaning team, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inspect and Maintain Facilities: Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement measures to maintain a safe and clean working environment.
  • Recommend and Arrange Services: Identify additional services required to maintain our facilities, such as painting, repair work, or equipment replacement, and arrange for these services to be carried out.
  • Assist Cleaning Team Members: Provide support and guidance to our cleaning team members as needed, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and training to perform their duties effectively.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure that our facilities are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Certifications: Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate.
  • Personal Qualities: Reliability, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
