Position Overview

The Vaughan INN is seeking a dedicated **Cleaning Operations Supervisor** to oversee and enhance our cleaning services. This role is crucial in maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and safety throughout the facility.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 months of relevant experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and develop cleaning personnel to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to optimize performance.
  • Conduct inspections of facilities to verify compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Advise on or arrange for additional services such as painting, repairs, renovations, or replacement of furnishings and equipment as needed.
  • Support cleaning staff in their duties to ensure high-quality service.
Safety and Security
  • Must be bondable to ensure trust and reliability.
