Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Ethnic Food Preparation Specialist to join our team at Paratha 2 Pasta. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring high-quality standards and presentation.
  • Kitchen Inspection and Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Staff Training and Development: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, as well as maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
  • Inventory Management: Order supplies and equipment, maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean kitchen and work areas, maintaining a clean and safe environment for staff and customers.
  • Staff Recruitment and Management: Recruit and hire staff, ensuring a skilled and motivated team to support our culinary operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
